I need your help! Can you suggest some books that are good for 3rd grade reading groups/ guided reading? Our school raised some money for a leveled library and I am drawing a blank on what I want! Please comment with your suggestions!

Anything Seymour Simon or the Magic School Bus chapter books for some non-fiction.
ReplyDeleteAs for novels, I love using The Boxcar Children, Magic Tree House, Beverly Cleary, Cam Jansen, Amber Brown, Bailey School Kids, Little House on the Prairie, Cricket in Times Square...
Just make sure you get a variety of levels! You might check out The Classroom Library Company for some ideas, too- they have great book sets.
