C Jayne Teach

I have been admiring C.Jayne Teach for a long time. I have been debating if I needed a Teacher Anchor and all of the other cute stuff (I determined I did). Her beautiful website is so enticing I had a hard time narrowing down what to get. I really wanted a Teacher Anchor but I will be at a new school with a new position so I am not sure what the lesson plans will look like. Instead I ordered stuff I know I can use! I ordered a customized clipboard and custom notes. I am thrilled with how they turned out and they came super quick. The patterns and color choices are another enticing detail. I love that the products are customized. Take a look at what I got!

Find out more about C.Jayne Teach on Facebook, Instagram or sign up for her newsletter. Go grab your own! It would be a great end of the year gift for a coworker or a fun order to start your new year with.

End of The Year Gifts

It's the end of the school year and often that means its time to give a gift to some of your coworkers. I am leaving my school to start a new one! I am looking forward to the adventure but I will miss the people I have worked with the past five years. I wanted to get them something unique and other than my typical go to, the gift card. After a lot of thought I came up with some great gift options for them and ideas for you... plus you can buy them on Amazon, on the couch, in your jammies.

For the Fashionista:

I like to consider myself a fashionista. The perfect teacher gift for a fashionista would be something trendy. Alex and Ani makes an apple bracelet perfect for the trendy teacher. I just added it to my collection!

I think it is a sweet gift to add to or to start a collection. I think any teacher would appreciate it fashionista or not!

For the Bookworm:

I love a good book and I also love to improve my teaching over the summer. For the teacher that feels the same way I recommend any book by Ron Clark  but my favorite is End of Molasses Classes!

This book is full of 101 ways to transform your teaching. It is inspiring and fun. I recommend it as a gift and for yourself.

For the Sweet Tooth:

I am not a baker but I love a great treat. I have perfected the perfect cookie. This gift can be given to multiple teachers and on a budget. They will be asking you for the recipe! Pair it with the cute labels and make them for your whole team!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes (you could do 12 if you like them crispy)

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter browned

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs room temp
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix dry ingredients flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
3. Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, syrup and vanilla and mix.
4. Slowly add dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
5. Mix in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
6. Drop heaping spoonfuls on the cookie sheet and bake.

Teacher Appreciation Sale!

It's here! Teacher appreciation! TPT wants you to know that you are appreciated too! Today and tomorrow you can save on some great resources! I am planning to stock up on some tools for next year. I have been getting my wish list ready and leaving feedback. Leaving feedback after your purchases is so important for buyers and sellers! When you leave feedback you help sellers by letting other buyers know about the great product. It even helps you because you receive TPT credits to use on future purchases. You have even more savings when you use these credits during a sale!

I like to get things I can use for the end of the year and to start the following year. Here are two items that you could snag from my store.

End of Year Fun use this for the end of the school year!

This product has several great ideas to help you plan for the last few days of school.

Reading Response Journal This can be used to challenge your students when they are reading any fiction text!

This is one of my favorite things to use in my classroom!

Make sure to stock up! Happy Teacher Appreciation!
